I'm almost positive that is Amitabha - the mudra is the Mida no Jōin, which is rarely seen outside of Japan.
Gain and loss, status and disgrace,
censure and praise, pleasure and pain:
these conditions among human beings are inconstant,
impermanent, subject to change.
Knowing this, the wise person, mindful,
ponders these changing conditions.
Desirable things don’t charm the mind,
undesirable ones bring no resistance.
His welcoming and rebelling are scattered,
gone to their end,
do not exist.

Hard to tell, but the face looks more traditionally Japanese too.
Are you looking for a Theravada statue?

Thank you. No, I was just curious aboout these ones (and I am a member of this forum and not Dharma Wheel). But if you know any commercially used Theravada statues the links are all welcome.
