how does one detach from a view?, do they just say, i have no direct experience of this?

My understanding is that we should cultivate Right View (
Samma Ditthi) Seen things as they are.
This is to be done by practice and concentration. I found it was very dificult to practice non attachment. So I started practicing non anger (Metta). It did not cost me anything!
