Right View in the Thai Forest Tradition
Right View in the Thai Forest Tradition
Are there any dhamma talks/teachings by Thai Forest teachers that have the possibility of helping me become established in Right View? I'd greatly appreciate any responses.

He who knows only his own side of the case knows little of that. His reasons may be good, and no one may have been able to refute them.
But if he is equally unable to refute the reasons on the opposite side, if he does not so much as know what they are, he has no ground for preferring either opinion …

He must be able to hear them from persons who actually believe them … he must know them in their most plausible and persuasive form.

Ajahn Amaro: I'm right, you're wrong. Attachment to views and the Buddha's path of non contention... http://dharmaseed.org/teacher/4/?page=2" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I couldn't find Amaro actually ever talking about right view, it was strange.

i dont know what this means, taken from ajahn chahs link
"He just listens and then contemplates, giving rise to the right results accordingly.
A wise man should contemplate and see the cause and effect for himself before he believes what he hears
