Anyone near Plano/Dallas/Ft Worth area?

As the title says - anyone local to this area? I've just started learning about Buddhism and it *seems* that Theravada is the one for me. I'm trying to find out if there are any local resources open to me in the area that I may not know about. I visited a Mahayana temple this past weekend and, while informative and very welcoming, I just don't think it's the branch of Buddhism that I wish to follow.

I lived in that area in the 1980s. I am sure a lot has changed since then, but here is one of the good temples:

Thanks, I wasn't aware of that one.

I haven't been to the Buddhist Center of Dallas yet, but I have been to the Dallas Buddhist Association (they are Mahayana though).
