Since the article doesnt mention time spent in a lying position, i am going to go ahead and assume it healthful. No more sitting down for me
http://www.nytimes.com/2012/12/02/busin ... .html?_r=0Im really excited about my new health regime, I can do this!

We must respect the other fellow's religion, but only in the sense and to
the extent that we respect his theory that his wife is beautiful and his
children smart.

Go for it!
Just as the thought would occur to a man walking quickly, 'Why am I walking quickly? Why don't I walk slowly?' So he walks slowly. The thought occurs to him, 'Why am I walking slowly? Why don't I stand?' So he stands. The thought occurs to him, 'Why am I standing? Why don't I sit down?' So he sits down. The thought occurs to him, 'Why am I sitting? Why don't I lie down?' So he lies down.

In the office of the future

Then,
saturated with joy,
you will put an end to suffering and stress.

If there wasn't something like sloth and torpor, this would be the perfect workplace.
Unfortunately, the lying position is an invitation for sloth and torpor.
