can anyone explain how mental illness occur according to Abhidhamma?

Dosa, Issā, Macchariya, and Kukkucca because they occur with Domanassa.

Illness of most people emphasize at Dukkha and Domanassa
Tipitaka memorization is a rule of monks. It isn't just a choice. They must done it.
bahussuto nāma tividho hoti – nissayamuccanako, parisupaṭṭhāpako, bhikkhunovādakoti.
