walking meditation - dry eyes

walking meditation - dry eyes

When i do walking meditation my eyes get fry i guess its cause i cant blink - and solutions ?
as you advance do you blink - maybe im to "controlling" to blink ?

you blink as per normal, try a few moments of standing practice before you start, and try not to stare and let go of staring. relax and blink.
