What are the Pali word(s) for "define", "definition", etc...?

define : (v.t.) upalakkheti; viseseti; paricchindati; niccheti. (pp.) upalakkhita; visesita; paricchinna; nicchita.

definer : (m.) nirūpaka; paricchindaka.

definite : (adj.) nicchita; niyamita; paricchinna.

definite article : (m.) niyamanipāta.

definitely : (adv.) ekantena; saniyamaṃ.

definition : (nt.) upalakkhana; paricchindana. (m.) nicchaya. (f.) vavatthā.

definitive : (adj.) niyāmaka; paricchindaka; asandiddha.

The suttas generally contrast -

byañjana/vyañjana = expression

against

attha = meaning.

Somewhat like the Western distinction between "denotaton" and "connotation".
