Hi Kirk5a,

I think you got it with the horse metaphor, exactly.

A lot of conditions came together for that horse to be rideable. This doesn't just happen from waiting for the rideability to arise, as if by magic... there also must be some series of conditions like "knowledge," "experience," "training," and many other things that are working together.
