Evaluate of Rebirth without Karma?

Recently while watching a movie called Before Sunrise (1995) came across this question. 1 million years ago there are only 5 million people in the world. Currently at least over 6 billion people living. If they don't have past Karma how those existing lives appears?

I think that any answer you receive to such a question is going to be incredibly speculative... but I ask you this in return - why did you restrict your population count to just the human population of just one planet in the entire universe?

My question in return should be - If there are other planets how come they end up on earth at last instead of rest of the non-find planets? To be a human being has to have heavy loads of good Karma if I'm correct. Other planets I don't think they do have exact quality to born as Humans continuous mode. It's hard a question. But interesting to have a classy discussion.

Maybe kamma is not individual? Maybe kamma has asexual reproduction? Maybe expansion is a characteristic of life?

There are lots of possible answers. It's useless (but fun) to speculate.

It appears to me that you have to learn a lot about Buddhism. Please read attached from chapter 15. There is no short cut to learn Buddhism. I spent all my life learning and I am still learning.
