Neck exercises...and nodding skills
Bhikkhus, if you develop and make much this one thing,
it invariably leads to weariness, cessation, appeasement, realization and extinction.
What is it? It is recollecting the Enlightened One.
If this single thing is recollected and made much,
it invariably leads to weariness, cessation, appeasement, realization and extinction.Anguttara-Nikaya: Ekanipata: Ekadhammapali: PañhamavaggaWBB TBHT HBM AC My Page

Poor kid, they ought to just let him take a nap.
We must respect the other fellow's religion, but only in the sense and to
the extent that we respect his theory that his wife is beautiful and his
children smart.

Dear Plwk,
I love this video-clip...my husband/I laugh! I'm glad that I love walking meditation...I never feel sleepy while walking...I must be sleepy too if I sit meditation.
