Four types of letting go:

1) Giving; expecting nothing back in return
2) Throwing things away
3) Contentment; wanting to be here, not wanting to be anywhere else
4) "Teflon Mind"; having a mind which doesn't accumulate things

This man's biology is remarkable.

In the future -- maybe 30 years -- assuming we're not all dead, I believe there will be something you could call a "neo sapien", an entirely new species of genetically enhanced human beings which will all have powers like this... hopefully, in my lifetime...
The best things in life aren't things.

Also on that user's youtube channel there are other "Extraordinary People" including a man who can calculate large numbers in the blink of an eye (aka Human Calculator) and some people who claim to have their senses mixed together, so that they can "taste sounds" or "hear colours", etc.

If you have asked me of the origination of unease, then I shall explain it to you in accordance with my understanding:
Whatever various forms of unease there are in the world, They originate founded in encumbering accumulation. (Pārāyanavagga)

and there has been research done on this form of meditation.
