General discussion of issues related to Theravada Meditation, e.g. meditation postures, developing a regular sitting practice, skillfully relating to difficulties and hindrances, etc.
I have just become acquainted with Patrick Kearney's workshops on meditation and thought I would share the info with you. If you, like I, have an analytical inclination you might find them rewarding. I felt particularly inspired by his workshop on "tracking thoughts." Here's the link: http://www.dharmasalon.net/
