This site ( http://www.palicanon.org ) has recently (3 days ago) made a major update of its content and now offers:
1. From the Vinaya Pitaka - the Bhikkhu and Bhikkhuni Patimokkha
2. From the Sutta Pitaka - Complete translations of all four major nikayas (DN, MN, SN, AN) translated (it seems to me) by Bhikkhu Bodhi (except DN), as well as a few books from KN (Khuddakapatha, Dhammapada, Udana, Itivuttaka, and Sutta Nipata)
3. From the Abhidhamma Pitaka - Dhammasangani and Kathavatthu

Saadhu! Saadhu! Saadhu! May the light of the Dhamma now shine forth unimpeded throughout the entire English speaking world!
The non-doing of any evil,
The performance of what's skillful,
The cleansing of one's own mind:
This is the Buddhas' teaching.

Thank you!

Thanks! It seems my online Sutta resources are growing...

Fantastic!
But how does it work in terms of copyrights? Wisdom publications seemed to be pretty tight on the subject..

Re: Four Nikayas - complete English translation now online
So, I just found out that the answer to my question was provided on the website itself:
Pali Canon Online (PCO) is a non-profit online archive of Buddhism-related materials. The materials on this website are provided by end users, and PCO is being proctected under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_Mi ... yright_Act) and provides means to remove any materials that may infringe copyright if they are not within the "fair use" context.
PCO works to protect any uploaded materials with the guidance of "fair use." For examples, the materials the end users shared must be solely for studying, researching, or educational purposes, and non-profit in nature.
If you are not sure whether the material and nature fits "fair use," please consult with an experienced attorney.
