I picked up playing a card game called Fluxx some time last year. Now after my recent exploration into Buddhism, I think the theme and mechanics of the game represents impermanence pretty well, at least on a superficial level.
They way the card play proceeds, the goal of the game and the rules of the game can change at a moment's notice. You may be a turn away from winning and the person ahead of you may change the goal. You may play a goal that makes the next previously desperate player a winner. A rules card may make you have to discard all the cards you collected or may prevent certain types of victories.
If you are the type of person that enjoys light-hearted social card games, Fluxx is rather fun. It comes in a variety of theme from the core game, a Family edition, a Monty Python edition, a Space themed edition and so on. Any number of the games can be combined if desired. If you try it, enjoy.... just don't become attached to the rules, your cards or the goal.
