A scan (not a great scan, but readable, and of the sort that carries the OCR text underneath, and that is fairly clean) the six volume Horner translation of the Vinaya, The Book of the Discipline, has been found and uploaded to
the site. That is, this is a digitized version, but has not been proofread or formatted for html.
