Pali terms/meanings

Post by kiwi »

This site
http://www.buddha-vacana.org/gloss.html which to many , is well known here and is of good help to those working through the Pali terms and meanings .

My question/request is , is there any way that the software on DW can be loaded so I can place my pointer over a Pali word to get the English meaning .

Hi Kiwi,

Perhaps what you want is the Digital Pali Reader Firefox plugin:
http://pali.sirimangalo.org/
You can highlight and right-click and get a translation. It comes up in a different window, so isn't quite as nice as the buddha-vacana site, but it will work for any site.
