I'm from Pennsylvania (which, I guess, also makes me from the United States).

Here are some pictures of my town:

I was actually born in Dundee, Scotland but I've lived in Luton since the age of 3 and my mother was from London so I have a Cockney accent :jumping:

I really don't like where I live, it's a very mean town, filled with thugs

Born in Santa Monica, California. Have lived in southern California almost all my life. Much more crowded than it used to be. The town where I now reside had 6,000 residents when I moved here in the late sixties. Now has about a sixty thousand. I prefer small and quiet but I try to focus on the fact that at least we now have a really good library and more places to shop, making prices more competitive and making organic fruits and veg available. It is almost totally fundamentalist christian and very unaccepting of people who are different in any way. Which is challenging. Cost of living here is much lower than most of California, which is good. The weather is pretty good, though much hotter in summer now than in the past and much much dryer as well. When I came here we would get 30 inches of rain annually. Now, hardly 8. This valley used to be a farming mecca. Now it is all paved over in concrete. Everything changes. Was very very safe when I came here and I did not lock my doors until the mid eighties. Now it is crime ridden and scary. I would get a large dog except that I work hours that would leave him/her alone for way too long.

I'm from Spain, but living in England at the moment for four months. I still don't know if I want to stop here or continuing searching.

And I like to meet buddhist people here, I still don't know anybody.

I will say: “I come from the North Pole” for shock value.
