Greetings Friends

Post by idunno »

Hi everyone, I am a 42yr old male living in Cambodia. :juggling: I'm 43 on Monday :woohoo: I don't often use smileys but there so many to choose from so why not? :jumping: :toast:   :buddha2: :toilet: ok anyway, I will be honest and say I recognise some of you from the previous site where I received much support. I was pretty messed up then... but I'm ok again now  :tantrum: :pig: :rolleye: Anyway, I don't consider myself a Buddhist but I do the Meditation, which is good enough for me.... Metta everyone    :guns:

“No lists of things to be done. The day providential to itself. The hour. There is no later. This is later. All things of grace and beauty such that one holds them to one's heart have a common provenance in pain. Their birth in grief and ashes.”
- Cormac McCarthy, The Road

Learn this from the waters:
in mountain clefts and chasms,
loud gush the streamlets,
but great rivers flow silently.
- Sutta Nipata 3.725
