My name is Lou and I've been interested in Buddhism as a way of life for many years. Every time that I feel that I somewhat have a handle on it I come across a chat room or a web sight that makes me see how much there is to know. Whatever happened to Buddha, dharma, sangha and the noble truths and, of course, meditation. ?

Hello Lou,

Sometimes things are simple and other times they are complicated, but often I find that it is just me making things more complicated than they really are.

I don't really have an answer to your questions, but I do want to welcome you to Dhamma Wheel. I hope you are well and find that which you seek.

Greetings Lou,

It all falls under the Four Noble Truths, and it's not necessary to know it all from every possible angle. Different people find different ways of looking at things to be more useful than others.

Welcome to Dhamma Wheel.

If you have asked me of the origination of unease, then I shall explain it to you in accordance with my understanding:
Whatever various forms of unease there are in the world, They originate founded in encumbering accumulation. (Pārāyanavagga)
