Howdy.

Post by Kingdubrock »

I have actually been posting for about a week and havent introduced myself yet.
So, hi!

My name is Mark. I live in Toronto. I've been into the dharma for about 14 years now. Went back to grad school after i lost my job and am doing my thesis about mindfulness in all its currently popular contexts - Buddhist, MBSR and "Langerian".
Some of my questions will likely be related to my work. But I also spend waaay too much time in isolation reading and writing since I've been in school, and would also enjoy just hanging out and talking shop with y'all.

Love,
Mark
