I'm a Theravada Buddhist from Scandinavia, Norway. I'm 46 yrs old male. Work with telecom business. My buddhistinterest is in anapanasati meditation, and to contemplate dhamma as I experience it. Else I try live and practise as a good layman, at least as good as it is possible for me under the conditions I have. I'm open minded, not too big fan of rituals and conventions, but I do have great respect for the ones who are, and participate happily from time to time. Hopefully I will enjoy and grow from the diversity of buddhists this forum represents.
Best whishes to everyone
Avii

Re: Hello there
Welcome avii!
Liberation is the inevitable fruit of the path and is bound to blossom forth when there is steady and persistent practice. The only requirements for reaching the final goal are two: to start and to continue. If these requirements are met there is no doubt the goal will be attained. This is the Dhamma, the undeviating law.
