Youtube Channel Nice For New Buddhist Meditators

There is a nice youtube channel I just discovered called The Enthusiastic Buddhist It looks like the videos would be great for someone newly interested in Buddhism. Mostly plain language and a plain, friendly looking, non-threatening host for Westerners.

Here is a good example with one of her video intros to meditation:

In reading the scriptures, there are two kinds of mistakes:
One mistake is to cling to the literal text and miss the inner principles.
The second mistake is to recognize the principles but not apply them to your own mind, so that you waste time and just make them into causes of entanglement.

Excellent!

(I moved this to Dhamma propagation)

Her bio is interesting:

She is of Australian, Chinese, Malay descent. She has made pilgrimage and seems to have a good background in Buddhist studies and practice.
