Help fixing my circadian rhythm

Postby Individual » Sat Aug 01, 2009 2:50 am

Last night, I stayed up 'til 6 AM playing videogames. The next day, I woke up at 6 PM, 12 hours later. Next Tuesday, I have to be up by about 7 AM to take a test.

WHAT can I do to get back on a normal sleep schedule? My sleep rhythm is very delicate. I can only usually move it by about an hour or so.

Right now, I plan on chugging four energy drinks, passing out when the caffeine wears off and waking up very early tomorrow.
The best things in life aren't things.

Stay up until its your normal bed time and go to sleep then.

Dump the (arguably) insane practice of playing video games (all night)...
