visiting temples and monasteries

Postby Still Searching » Fri Sep 20, 2013 1:17 am

I'm going to visit a Buddhist temple or monastery to help with my studies and practice and get better at meditation.

I live in Luton, Bedfordshire, which is closer? Hemel Hempstead or Letchworth? Both Hemel & Letchworth are in Hertfordshire.

Certainly hen I lived in England Hemel Hempstead was a better Temple to visit, being more intended for lay people.

According to my route planner, Amaravati is about 10 miles, while Letchworth is about 11 miles.
