Hi guys! Nice to meet u all! My name's Josiane and I've been praticing buddhism for 8 years till now, but I always feel that I have to improve myself and learn a new teaching and that's y I came here. I hope that we can share knowledge and improve ourselves in the dharma's path :anjali:

Liberation is the inevitable fruit of the path and is bound to blossom forth when there is steady and persistent practice. The only requirements for reaching the final goal are two: to start and to continue. If these requirements are met there is no doubt the goal will be attained. This is the Dhamma, the undeviating law.
