Ben says: Blah blah blah!
“No lists of things to be done. The day providential to itself. The hour. There is no later. This is later. All things of grace and beauty such that one holds them to one's heart have a common provenance in pain. Their birth in grief and ashes.”
- Cormac McCarthy, The Road

Learn this from the waters:
in mountain clefts and chasms,
loud gush the streamlets,
but great rivers flow silently.

Rain soddens what is kept wrapped up,
But never soddens what is open;
Uncover, then, what is concealed,
Lest it be soddened by the rain.

Thank you Tilt,

I was just trying to reduce the typical 'free-for-all' argument down to its pure form unadulterated by social nicety and Buddhistic content..

By the way, I reserve the right to use the above video for use as refutation or moderator admonishment!

I think I'll get me one of these: http://www.news.com.au/couriermail/stor ... 16,00.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
for a pet!
Cheers

You can't expect to wield supreme executive power just 'cause some watery tart threw a sword at you.

I agree. This thread is about all of Buddhism and it is built specifically for Buddhists.

And that's all the blah I've got to blah.
