Is self-view (atta-diṭṭhi), is diffrent to personality-view (sakkāya-diṭṭhi)?

I think that depends on which kind of self-view you're talking about. They are often used without any distinction, but there are different kinds of self-view as I explained in the other thread. Those who are well-informed Buddhists, but not yet Stream-winners, do not cling to the belief in an eternal soul (nivāsī-atta), but they still have other kinds of self-view.
