Short dark days for those up north. I've posted this before, but as a public service here it is again.
These lights help keep me sane. If, like me, you are light starved, this will help. I keep two of them on my desk.

I'd also suggest a vitamin D supplement if you aren't getting about 20 minutes of sunlight on your skin per day. The liquid ones are easy to take, just a drop a day.

You need much more than 20 minutes. As for supplements, 4000 IU of D3 is best. Capsule form, not liquid.
