Hi I am Saurav from India.

Post by indian_buddhist »

This is a late introduction I am sorry about this. I come from the place where the Buddha taught his teachings - India. I am 30 years old. I was born a Hindu, later became an Atheist(but not materialist) for sometime until about a year back I was introduced to the Dhamma through my personal search. I have gone refuge to the 3 gems - Buddha, Dhamma and Sangha.

I hope to learn from other intelligent folks about Theravada Buddhism (my primary interest of type of Buddhism).

I am a bit persuasive and hope to control it .

Welcome Saurav!

Liberation is the inevitable fruit of the path and is bound to blossom forth when there is steady and persistent practice. The only requirements for reaching the final goal are two: to start and to continue. If these requirements are met there is no doubt the goal will be attained. This is the Dhamma, the undeviating law.
