Not all bhikkhus, Ryan, not all!
Everyday, I am blowing my mind due to happiness and freedom that I enjoy being a bhikkhu. So, why should I envy anyone else - male or female - experiencing the same?
However, a big welcome to you. World needs free-living souls
EDIT: Most of us looking for a Nibbana in some other country -- then & there rather than here & now. But you do it at your home. Some might learn few things, if you can say something about it.
I'll restart my yearlong meditation retreat on 15th June 2014, hence will not be here.
