I know many millionaires who's life is pretty miserable.
Dukkha is universal.
it is not limited by geography or wealth.

it exists in different amounts

anyway your statement only confirms my point that life in the human realm is suffering, therefore it's a perfect place to develop desire for liberation, not a perfect place to live in, rebirth into it is not a reward but punishment, although with an option to get released on parole
