Welcome!
Liberation is the inevitable fruit of the path and is bound to blossom forth when there is steady and persistent practice. The only requirements for reaching the final goal are two: to start and to continue. If these requirements are met there is no doubt the goal will be attained. This is the Dhamma, the undeviating law.

just share there`s this particular temple that I used to visit
Wat Mai SuwanKiri in tumpat , kelantan , malaysia
this monks is highly revered in this area. he passsed away decades ago, this is his picture and his wax statue.
his name is por tan tii "por tan" is a term mean monks in local neighbour hood. he used to stay in a old wooden hut. many would come from far to seek refuge, seek advice, seek dhamma question, seek blessing from him.
when I was small, about 10YO, I did something naughty and was hard to taught. my mum who has no choice but take me to see por tan tii(as local neighbour hood would do) before I would step into the hut, the monk look at me and say, you, you cannot like that ... (listing all the things I`ve done) - this happen before I or my mum could utter a word. yet he knew... he knew...
he then took a pencil wrote a sutta(I think)on my head and chant
thus my journey began... not then.. but a decade later....
