Thanks to the generosity of someone I've never spoken to and the thoughtfulness of Ngawang Drolma I have extra tickets to the Dalai Lama's teaching in Long Beach this weekend ( Four Noble Truths ). If you'd like to go, let me know and we can arrange to get the tickets to you.
I'll be meeting Drolma there...my first meeting with a Dhamma Wheel regular.

The extra tickets are no longer available.
Would be very cool if Drolma, Ven. App, and myself could all meet up.

Hi Pink_Trike,
I think Ven. is coming later, but it would be awesome if we could all meet up anyhow. Your location and mine aren't that far away.
I sent Ven. a PM searching for details...

"As Buddhists, we should aim to develop relationships that are not predominated by grasping and clinging. Our relationships should be characterised by the brahmaviharas of metta (loving kindness), mudita (sympathetic joy), karuna (compassion), and upekkha (equanimity)."
