I think it's Petrov, but it might've transposed to three knights in the current position, I am very rusty myself. Google it, I say!

PS In (serious) response to your earlier question, I don't think have a rating anymore. I used to play a fair bit and played two or three tournaments but the last one was over 10 years ago. Since then I have probably played less than half a dozen games in total.

After the first 2 moves it is Petrov's Defence, after 3. Nc3 it is "Russian-Three Knights Game" - First time I've played it.
