I find Gil Fronsdal's talks to be very good.

You can find a full list of all his talks here: http://www.audiodharma.org/talks-gil.html

It has a selection of talks from different Wat's

My personal favourite are the Ajahn Sumedho talks
“The teacher willed that this world appear to me
as impermanent, unstable, insubstantial.
Mind, let me leap into the victor’s teaching,
carry me over the great flood, so hard to pass.”

Dharmaseed has tons talks by a wide variety of Theravadin/vipassana teachers.
He is an excellent teacher. For those with the time and interest, this year he reached the end of 46-part series of talks on the Satipatthana Sutta, going through the Sutta line by line.

This was a wonderful, comprehensive introduction to the dhamma for me, and made my daily subway trips much more enjoyable.

http://www.bswa.org" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; so many great talks here.
I especially enjoy the insight of Ajahn Brahmali when he discusses some of the more difficult topics in his easy to understand manner.

I've been listening recently to talks by Ajahn Sundara and would recommend them highly. She's a French-born nun who now resides at Amaravati monastery in the UK.

Definately agreed
Blog, Suttas, Aj Chah, Facebook.

He who knows only his own side of the case knows little of that. His reasons may be good, and no one may have been able to refute them.
But if he is equally unable to refute the reasons on the opposite side, if he does not so much as know what they are, he has no ground for preferring either opinion …
...
He must be able to hear them from persons who actually believe them … he must know them in their most plausible and persuasive form.

Although this is in the Discovering Theravada forum, i am open to all traditions. Who is your favorite teacher to listen to?
Hi Sattva,

Troves of talks from Ajahn Brahm and others are to be found here:
http://www.youtube.com/user/BuddhistSocietyWA" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

There are also quite a few on the BSWA website that aren't on this Youtube channel.

Oh, and I really like what I've seen and heard from Ajahn Jayasaro. So if anyone can provide more links, I would much appreciate it.

Buddhist eLibrary from Buddhanet.net

The "Dhamma talks in America" have been most helpful to me. They start on page 3 and go to page 5. The only problem is that they are not in any particular order so you may want to look through them all first. The "Samsaric Buddhism" lecture is a good place to start.

I would particularly recommend the talks from the "9-Day Retreat Easter 2007" album:
http://www.bswa.org/modules/mydownloads ... php?cid=42" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

These talks contain his usual similes and stories, with his usual teaching style, but I have found the overall integrity and coherence quite remarkable: There is that one taste, the taste of freedom. Of course his talks are not really about satisfying our intellectuality, but about directly conditioning our inclinations. Even when he speaks seemingly superficially, actually what he does is planting the seeds of the most profound inclinations in a nearly imperceptible way. Top-notch brainwashing: load in a few talks mindfully, sit down, and "rock and roll"! :)

Also, some extra enlightenment jokes for this post:
