Does anyone know of any organizations that offer Dhamma dana? I know of a few. These are great places, especially in these economic times, when some times it may be hard to afford to buy lots of books. With these groups, I always at least try to reimburse the shipping charges.
The ones I know of are:
Inward Path Publisher:
The books are free, you just have to pay the shipping costs, which, are quite affordable.
Maha Bodhi Buddhist Center:
Based in Australia. Good communication with Mr. Chen, the organizer. Mahayana and Theravada books available.
Amitabha Buddhist Library Chicago:
They carry Theravada books as well as Mahayana and are very good at communication and getting your books to you on time.
Just Be Good:
I think most everyone on here knows about this one, since I saw it posted elsewhere. Also good communication and quick service.
Corporate Body for the Buddha Education Foundation:
I used to get good service from them, but recently havent' heard anything back from them. Does anyone maybe know what's going on? Based in Taiwan.
Well, these are the ones I know of. Does anyone know of any others that are specifically Theravada or at least carry Theravada books?
