Is that what you have been doing bodom?

Most of the responders in this thread has been discussing things and trying to help answer yuuki's question.

Im sorry? If you read my last posts you would see that i have asked some questions of my own and even posted a quote from Ajahn Chah in agreement with you. And even if i was arguing with you how would your last post to me benefited the O.P? It seems to me your last post would keep an imaginary argument going. Sorry for the misunderstanding

The heart of the path is SO simple. No need for long explanations. Give up clinging to love and hate, just rest with things as they are. That is all I do in my own practice. Do not try to become anything. Do not make yourself into anything. Do not be a meditator. Do not become enlightened. When you sit, let it be. When you walk, let it be. Grasp at nothing. Resist nothing. Of course, there are dozens of meditation techniques to develop samadhi and many kinds of vipassana. But it all comes back to this - just let it all be. Step over here where it is cool, out of the battle. - Ajahn Chah

Maybe there is some misunderstanding ....?

My post above was asking a question about this post of yours immediately preceding it ... it wasn't making a statement about you:

Quote of the century [from a Buddhist perspective at least]
"For me, it is far better to grasp the Universe as it really is than to persist in delusion, however satisfying and reassuring."
