Re: Access to Insight on the iPhone
Great now I just need an Iphone.
Liberation is the inevitable fruit of the path and is bound to blossom forth when there is steady and persistent practice. The only requirements for reaching the final goal are two: to start and to continue. If these requirements are met there is no doubt the goal will be attained. This is the Dhamma, the undeviating law.

That would be great too.meindzai wrote:Maybe blackberry is next....
All Buddhists texts should be available in digital format. It would be much easier to carry the Tipitaka on an iPhone or Blackberry than in physical book form.

Much more difficult to read though... and those books were made for reading.mettafuture wrote:All Buddhists texts should be available in digital format. It would be much easier to carry the Tipitaka on an iPhone or Blackberry than in physical book form.

Just installed it on my iPod Touch. Looking forward to checking it out. Thanks for the post!

Mmm...maybe...although in the panorama view, with the 4" screen...and the bigger size font, it's pretty nice having ATI in your pocket...yam (bag) in my case...dyno in fact...retrofuturist wrote:Much more difficult to read though...)

Neat app!
I read quite a bit on my iPhone. The Kindle app in landscape, at largest font setting, is perfect for my 43-year-old eyes. The biggest advantage, of course, is that it is always with me, should I have an opportunity to enjoy some literature.

I actually have been enjoying reading on my blackberry. I can even use an autoscroll for pacing which makes me focus more and less likely to space out, backtrace, etc.retrofuturist wrote:Greetings Mettafuture,
