Guided meditations to download?

Postby Mawkish1983 » Wed Mar 03, 2010 11:18 am

(I'm sure this topic already exists, if not: here it is!)

I've just been looking through dhammawheel looking for some guided meditations (mp3 or other audio file) and I've drawn a blank. Either I'm no good at searching or there's not a topic about them here (probably the former).

Does anyone know of any good links to guided meditation (metta bhavana, anapanasati, or others)? I've read books and articles but I find sitting in a group with some dude/dudette talking me through it much more helpful. Problem is I can't get to a group right now.

Any links you want to share? Many thanks!

Metta,
Retro. :)
If you have asked me of the origination of unease, then I shall explain it to you in accordance with my understanding:
Whatever various forms of unease there are in the world, They originate founded in encumbering accumulation. (Pārāyanavagga)

Yeah, but I'm trying to avoid new-agey Chakra-esque mystic magic mumbo jumbo type things.... so I figured you trustworthy chaps/chapettes might be able to recommend something a bit more well-grounded :)

Wildmind.org has some online guided meditations that work really well for me. But go to the .org site, not the .com site.
