Theravāda in the 21st century - modern applications of ancient wisdom

Sorry if the question has been raised already, but can anyone indicate forest monasteries where monks practice sitting meditation seriously (at least 10h a day) and where a westerner could stay for a while to meditate and learn about the monk's life without becoming a monk?
I would be interested about places in Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia and India.
Thank you
