There is good access to the teachers at the center and you can ALWAYS come with a question to keep you on track.
The practice uses the Breath or METTA as the object of meditation and you learn very clearly from the Sutta Dhamma talks what the goal of the meditation was in the Buddha's time and how you can progress down the same developmental path the monks did in the beginning.
