I was hoping someone could help me find the book A Buddhist Way of Mental Training by Ven. Phra Tepvisuddhikavi.
The link to the online version is here:
http://mahamakuta.inet.co.th/english/b-way.htmlI know that this book was published in paperback but have not been able to find a copy online. Thanks!

you could even though you have found this one you are looking for, have it bound or self publish the Internet copy?
if you ever want a book on paper rather than the net or need to, go to Lulu.com it is quite cheep.
This offering maybe right, or wrong, but it is one, the other, both, or neither!

Seems quite good Manapa, have you used them much before?

I have had a stab at seeing how it works and it is all step by step, some small amount of IT knowledge and it is done, I believe it is easier with pdf rather than a word doc
