Recommended Book

Just started to read my way through "Theravada Buddhism" by Richard F. Gombrich and thought I would recommend it.

It gives really good insight into some history of Theravada Buddhism as well as helping one understand the society that the Buddha lived in.

The dogmatists have claimed to have found the truth, others say that it cannot be apprehended; the Sceptics continue the search.

Sounds good! Thanks!

It’s only meditation when there are two minds:
Knowing-noting mind and observing mind.
If there is only one mind, ‘I’ is always there.
The object is not the dhamma,
The dhamma is the mind
That is being aware.
