Pin a link to sites that ship free Dhamma books?

Postby Tex » Thu Jun 03, 2010 1:45 am

There are some sites that offer free Dhamma books, I wonder if might be worthwhile to pin a thread somewhere with some links? Many of the books are available online, of course, but I like to order books and then pass them on to the local library in hopes they'll find their way into hands that might not have otherwise stumbled upon them. Maybe that's silly in the google age! But perhaps we might also get some revenue headed back to the sites that offer such a great service, too.

Just a suggestion, and thanks for all you do.

... let me know and I'll add them there.

Blackbird has handed ownership of that guide to DW staff to update.

Okay, here are a few I found -- they all offer free Dhamma books, though some ask for postage or a voluntary donation. Pretty sure some of these titles aren't availble online in e-book form, so maybe these will be of use to someone:

Should others contribute links on this thread also? Or is there a better place to do so?

I guess since I'm already posting, here's one for Thanissaro Bhikkhu's Handful of Leaves books:
