Hello Keith
Nice to meet you
Nice to meet you

He who knows only his own side of the case knows little of that. His reasons may be good, and no one may have been able to refute them.
But if he is equally unable to refute the reasons on the opposite side, if he does not so much as know what they are, he has no ground for preferring either opinion …

He must be able to hear them from persons who actually believe them … he must know them in their most plausible and persuasive form.

Re: Hi, all
Thanks.
As a Mahayanist, I probably won't have a lot to say here. However, I strongly believe that the Mahayana teachings really only make sense within the context of the Theravada teachings, so I like to stay in touch with Theravada sources.

Greetings Keith,
Wonderful to see you here, friend.
Are you sure you don't want to use your "hippy Keith" photo as your avatar? That pic is so cool.

It is great to see you here. Your posts over at the other forum were great! Your posts are always concise, directly to the point.
You have much to offer, as there are many forums that are not strictly Theravada and I am sure you could teach some of the Theravadins like me a thing or two, again!
