Does anyone have a link to a sound recording of the verses for taking refuge? I would like to pronounce it correctly. :) :thanks:

:anjali:
The heart of the path is SO simple. No need for long explanations. Give up clinging to love and hate, just rest with things as they are. That is all I do in my own practice. Do not try to become anything. Do not make yourself into anything. Do not be a meditator. Do not become enlightened. When you sit, let it be. When you walk, let it be. Grasp at nothing. Resist nothing. Of course, there are dozens of meditation techniques to develop samadhi and many kinds of vipassana. But it all comes back to this - just let it all be. Step over here where it is cool, out of the battle. - Ajahn Chah

Sorry Octathlon! The only "help" on the site i could find says:
For web browsers that do not embed mp3 players, a clickable blue "play" icon () is displayed; click on this icon to popup an mp3 player that will play the selected chant. Note that this page's "LOOP" feature does not work with these browsers.

Yay, I got it to work now! I just had to disable a stupid plugin I had installed recently which tried to take over handling of all audio formats. Now things are back to normal and I can use the site as it was intended. :woohoo:

Nice video; my favorite pilgrimage sites shown there: Maha Bodhi Temple and Vulture Peak.
