Greetings Wind,

I hope he's not too attached to his name. One hopes not. :D

Anyhow, thanks to you and David for the heads-up... I've now correctly rearranged his name.

Metta,
Retro. :)

There are plenty of other good talks on the same site (EDIT - his talks start with the jhana talk in the middle of the page and continue to the last page): http://www.buddhistelibrary.org/cpg1420 ... =45&page=3" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Thanks for the link(s) SDC, will have a listen when I get home :)

Best teacher I ever met.
Can someone with a wikipedia account pls correct an inaccuracy in his bio? Presently It currently says "Ven. Punnaji took the place of the famous and late Ven. Dr. K. Sri Dhammananda in Malaysia as spiritual head of the Brickfields Malaysian Buddhist Maha Vihara [1]", which is incorrect. The current head of the Vihara is Ven K Sri Dhammaratana ( see http://www.dhammawiki.com/index.php?tit ... rickfields" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;).

Thanks for the correction / edit suggestion. I made the change already.

Someone know when his E-Course will be available with CD01-02-03-04?

Kind Regards.
I sent the webmaster an email about this as I have been wondering myself how the E-course works. I will let you know when he gets back to me.

In the meantime, for anyone interested in a solid overview of his work, check out the link below. This is a series of talks he did in Washington DC, and it is the most complete set of lectures of his that I have come across.

You can access Bhante Punnaji's current teachings at http://WWW.BHANTEPUNNAJI.COM to download MP3's, Lesson Notes on PDF, and view Youtube of his classes. This is kept up to date so far.

I see that some of these classes are happening in Malaysia. Do you know if that is who is running the site? Or is it being done by people in Washington, D.C.?

Yes, Bhante Punnaji is currently running his Sutta Class & Dhamma Talks every Monday at the Buddhist Maha Vihara in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The website http://WWW.BHANTEPUNNAJI.COM" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; is sponsored and maintained by one of his devotee in Kuala Lumpur (no connection with "protobuddhism.com") who also produces the Notes, powerpoint presentation during class, and related video clips - hence the uptodate recordings.

You may email [email protected] for more info.
