PMs auto-deleted...

Post by Fede »

Is this normal?
I had a message to let me know that my box was almost full...I dispatched a PM to a fellow member, then thought to go into my PM boxes and erase the unnecessary - only to find, when my PM had been successfully posted, that both the in and outbox had automatically been emptied, and all Pms deleted.
ouch!
There was something there I had wanted to keep. I suppose it's all too late now. Is this an inbuilt feature?
I had no idea it would activate, otherwise I would have 'tidied up' sooner..... :tantrum:

Greetings Fede,

Are you sure you didn't just click the wrong button?

It's the first I've ever heard of it....

Well, I'll be honest with you, being the super-techno-fudgewit you 'know and love', I've just gone into my PM box, and it tells me there is one message in my inbox, and one in my outbox....yet it also tells me I have a 93% full folder.... and I have a message history under the message I am currently reading, which has never been there before....so yes, maybe I did hit the wrong button.... but which button, and how....
I don't know how to post a screenshot, or how to show you.... it's just weird...

I'm just weird....!
Forget it - I'm going to do some spring-cleaning and take care of it.....
Really odd though.....
