Doug talks freely about his life-changng journey with Buddha’s fundamental teachings on meditation: anapanasati (mindfulness of the breath) and vipassana (insight).
Doug Solomon is a founder and teacher at the International Meditation Centre in Perth, and a long-time friend of the BSWA. The centre is in the Burmese Theravada tradition of the late Sayagyi U Ba Khin, and is open to all. The centre’s web site is at http://www.imcperth.org.
